Unzip cover and prepare it to receive inner bed.
Open Bed Insert box by scoring the tape at the top and side corner seams.
Remove plastic bag and place bed insert inside cover.
Zip and fluff.
 

Notes:  

1)  The foam will expand to about 70% very quickly once removed from the box.  Total expansion may take as long as 24 hours.

2)  The zipper handle has been removed from your Bed Insert for child safety purposes. If you need to access the foam use a paper clip inserted into the zipper slider where the handle was once located. This will release the locking mechanism and allow the zipper to operate.
